Finding the right senior care option

Finding senior care that fits your needs.

At Longleaf, we understand that providing the best possible care for a senior family member sometimes means you need to find the right type of help or support. As with many sensitive topics, beginning the discussion about moving to a retirement community is often the hardest part. Deciding on the “right” care for a loved one depends on many factors, but you can count on us to help you make that choice easier in whatever way we can.

Senior Care Options

When you begin to seek out options for residential assisted living, you’ll notice there are many different types of retirement communities out there – and it can often be overwhelming. At Longleaf, we make it as simple as possible to understand our various levels of care, all of which offer the highest standard of service, well-being and safety. We’re proud to serve as a resource to senior and their families and to help you find the best fit in residential assisted living for you or a loved one.

Assisted Living

Many families consider assisted living when they feel their loved one is in need of a helping hand as they move through their everyday routine. Residents receive assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, as needed, on their own schedule. Laundry, linen and housekeeping services are also included, so residents are free to enjoy a full calendar of engaging activities and purposeful programming. By getting to know our residents and their families on a personal level, we develop a tailored plan to accommodate each individual’s lifestyle, preferences and needs.

Memory Care

For loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, Longleaf at Liberty Park provides a memory care neighborhood designed for unsurpassed peace of mind and safety in a warm, homelike atmosphere. We believe each resident should be treated like family: with dignity, respect and the most innovative memory care programming and technologies available. We work closely with each resident, as well as their family members and healthcare team, to develop a comprehensive care plan to help residents navigate memory loss and embrace life more fully.

Respite Stays
If you need temporary care and services for a loved one, you can trust in short-term respite care at Longleaf.
